Classes for 2026 Salespersons Renewal have completed.
If you are a Broker, we will be offering additional sessions in the spring and summer to offer opportunites to complete CE before the Broker deadline of August 28.
All classes will be held on the Zoom platform online.
We will NOT be hosting any in-person classes.

Real Estate Requirements
DEADLINES FOR 2026:
CE must be completed 90 days prior to the license expiring in the EVEN numbered years!
SALESPERSON CE MUST BE COMPLETED BY SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2026 (License Expiration date May 31)
BROKERS CE MUST BE COMPLETED BY MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2026 (License Expiration date November 30)
KEEP IN MIND, we will not be holding classes on weekends, so plan accordingly.
Courses shall consist of the following:
1. One (1) three-hour class for the 2026 Mandatory CE Requirements:
• CT REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW
2. Nine (9) hours of real estate elective courses. (three 3-hour classes).
